Tips for Riding

  • Our wifi network is called dns, and the password is discover.
  • Masks are not required to ride our shuttles, but you are certainly welcome to wear one!
  • Occasionally our clearly branded Discover Niagara Shuttles have to be serviced, and a non-branded shuttle will service our route. Our drivers always wear their Discover Niagara Gear, so those replacement vehicles can be identified easily.
  • Our shuttles operate on a continuous loop, and visit each stop in each direction roughly every 35 minutes during our day service and 45 minutes during our night service. The best way to track this is with our mobile app, where you can see the location of our shuttles live.
  • It is important to be at the stop on time if it's the last run of the day. For our Falls to the Fort route, that means 5:20PM Sunday-Thursday, and 11:15PM Friday-Saturday. We don't want to leave anybody stranded, so make sure you are at your stop no later than those times.
  • Our Friday and Saturday evening shuttles DO NOT stop at the following stops after 6pm: Old Fort Niagara, Stella Niagara Preserve, Artpark, Niagara Power Project Power Vista, Whirlpool State Park, Niagara Falls Public Library, Oakwood Cemetery, Niagara Arts and Cultural Center, Aquarium of Niagara.
  • Ask the driver! If you have a question, our drivers are wonderful ambassadors for our region and are very knowledgable.
