If you rode the Discover Niagara Shuttle in 2024, we’d love to hear your feedback! Your input helps us evaluate this past season’s success and guides us in making improvements for next year. Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey—we truly appreciate it!

How often did you ride the shuttle?

How would you describe your wait times when riding?

How would you rate the friendliness of your driver?

Did your driver stop at all stops?

At any point, did a shuttle pass you when you were waiting at a stop without stopping?

Did you utilize the bike rack on your trip?

Did you utilize the wheelchair lift?

At any point, did you converse with the driver?

Did the driver announce the stops so you knew which stop you were approaching?

Did you ride during our evening routes at all (after 6pm)?
