The Niagara Falls USA Official Visitor Center is operated by Destination Niagara USA, which is designated by New York State and Niagara County as the official tourism and promotional entity in the Niagara Falls USA region. It is conveniently located in the heart of the Downtown Niagara Falls Tourist District, just steps from Niagara Falls State Park. With awe-inspiring scenery year-round, thrilling attractions, interactive exhibits, miles of hiking trails, and delectable dining options in a family-friendly environment, Niagara Falls State Park is an adventure-packed experience!

The Visitor Center is open 7 days a week. Closed on Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
