The Discover Niagara Shuttle Will Ride In 2020!

The Discover Niagara Shuttle will ride in 2020! Due to COVID-19, the shuttle was not able to operate due to funding and closures on our route. With New York State working through the various phases of re-opening, many of our attractions are back with a variety of safety protocols being used to keep visitors safe and healthy.

Our shuttles will operate daily from 9am-6pm, and will visit each stop roughly every hour. We will operate two shuttles, and retain the ability to add more if demand warrants it.

We are working with out transportation partner, Grayline, to keep our riders safe. That is our number one priority. Some of the measures in place are:

  • New cleaning protocols for the shuttles
  • Riders and drivers will be required to where a mask
  • Parties riding our shuttles must socially distance 6 feet
  • Our shuttles will run at 50% capacity to avoid crowding
  • When possible, windows will be open on the shuttles to improve airflow.

We ask our riders to please do your part, and be prepared to wear your mask at all times while riding and use hand sanitizer as needed.

Due to the current closed status of some attractions, the NYPA Power Vista and Castellani Art Museum at Niagara University stops will not be used. Those stops could be added back if those attractions re-open.

We do not yet have an end date, but would like to see the shuttles run through September.
